That way you get to see it in action and you can get a better feel for how it really performs. Sometimes, however, that’s just not practical. Often businesses and homeowners aren’t thrilled to have outsiders traipsing through their space.
A good alternative is to visit a showroom where you can look at the lighting solution, get a sense for how it performs, and actually play with it to make sure it does what you want to do. It’s one thing to read about dimming the lights by a certain percentage, but it’s a completely different experience to dim the lights to the exact level you want.
