Everybody should be rewarded for contributing to the success of our agency and our management have decided to recognize Chad Coiner as our September Employee of the Month!

Chad came to WLEC from the United States Air Force on February of 2017. He joined the newly developed Field Service Team and hit the ground running. Together with Aaron, they started handling all field service related needs we developed. Always willing to tackle any project no matter what the job, he has never backed down from a challenge.

As a triple threat he has started up all manner of Lutron and Cree jobs, performs complete controls take-offs, and has assisted with sales demo counter days. Chad’s likeable personality and attention to detail has caught the eye of Lutron and WLEC sales people who have commented on his accomplishments directly to me, his manager.
